XB5AS8442 Schneider Electric - This Schneider Electric Harmony XB5 emergency stop / shutdown 40mm mushroom head modular red push-button operates with a latched turn to release mechanism and uses screw-clamp terminals. It has 1 x NC contact and a plastic bezel. This emergency stop / shutdown button, also called EMS (Emergency Machine Stop) and EMO (Emergency Off) is easily installed into a standard 22mm diameter cut-outs and connected with simple screw-clamp connections. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to a clear color and a prominent 40mm mushroom shape. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments. Plastic bezel. Ideal for applications requiring good resistance to chemical agents and/or double electrical insulation. Simple modular design facilitates post installation servicing, modification and adaption of machines by non-specialists. Designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. High performance, International standards & certifications ( Marine certification, IP66 IP67 IP69 IP69K, Type 4X). Wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product. Vibration resistant screw clamp connection terminals ensure high vibration resistance making product suitable installation on high impact machine.
